THE STUDIO MODEL
MBS is a participatory creative studio. Participants suggest brands, vote on direction, and contribute ideas. MBS produces the final output. Brands featured may pay for the final deliverable.

ELIGIBILITY
You must be 13 or older. By participating you confirm you have the right to submit the content you post.

ACCEPTABLE USE
No harassment, hate speech, illegal content, spam, vote manipulation, or attempts to impersonate other participants or brands. We may remove content and ban accounts at our discretion.

CONTRIBUTOR LICENSE
You retain ownership of ideas you submit. By submitting, you grant MBS a perpetual, worldwide, royalty- free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and incorporate that submission into a final ad and related promotional materials, with credit to top contributors as described in our Privacy Policy.

OWNERSHIP OF FINAL OUTPUT
The final ad is owned and produced by MBS, then delivered to the featured brand under a separate commercial agreement. Top contributors are credited but do not receive ownership of the final piece.

BRAND USAGE
Brand names referenced in builds are used nominatively for commentary and creative direction. We do not claim affiliation with any brand unless explicitly stated.

DISCLAIMER
The site is provided "as is" without warranty. MBS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or participation in any build, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, NY.
